How to Request Custom Embroidery

Email militaryembroideredclothing@gmail.com with:

• The garment you would like, including colour and size.
• Your regiment, unit or requested design.
• The exact wording you want embroidered.
• Your preferred embroidery position.
• The quantity required.
• Any date you need the order for.

If you have artwork or a reference image, attach it to your enquiry. For an existing product, include its name or a link to the product page.

Our team can then discuss availability, personalisation options, pricing and estimated processing time before you place your order. Please check all names and wording carefully.

Group & Association Orders

We welcome enquiries from veterans’ groups, regimental associations and reunion organisers.

Send us your garment preferences, design requirements and quantities so we can discuss your order. For orders of 15 or more garments, or clothing needed for a particular event, contact us in advance to confirm timings.

Sizing & Delivery

Check our Size Guide and the individual product information before choosing your garments. Fit can vary between styles and brands.

Please allow up to three working days for embroidery and order processing before dispatch. Larger orders may take longer. Processing time is separate from delivery time; see our Shipping & Returns page for current information.
